Feeding recommendation in pouches per animal per day The following amounts are only guidelines since each animal will have individual needs. The amount should be adapted to make sure your pet maintains its ideal weight. If in doubt, please check with your vet. Please make sure that your cat always has plenty of fresh drinking water. Over a period of 7 days and in agreement with your vet, you should mix an increasing amount of the new cat food with a decreasing amount of the old cat food. Your cat will not need any other food. Feeding your cat additional food can reduce the positive effects of Hill's Cat Food. Adult Cats: NB: An 85g pouch is equal to 20g dry food
